Hmm yobit..I personally don't even trade with them, always something, always wallet maintenance etc.
Looking at your deposit, seems to have gone through fine, my guess is yobit has to restart exchange wallet.
I quite like yobit, it's not too bad (though I wouldn't trust it with large amounts).

You may want to contact their support and ask them. Can you post the eth address you sent to, your fee might be too low - although, I'm not sure this is as much as a problem on that coin.

They might take up to 48 hours to respond (or they can take even longer sometimes).
