How as an individual can I know if the Earth is a sphere or a flat disc? What experiment can I do that doesn't involve trusting information from a 3rd party that would prove what the geometry really is?

I saw some videos about it.. here is one explaining more than this experiment is a fraud (yes, they are flat earther people but they are the only ones who are interested in debunk this theory, no one else care about it... was done just to probe the earth was round

I do not say the earth is flat but it is also not a perfect globe or sphere like you see in the photos, videos(animations) or models... to think it is like that it is more stupid because you are believing something that you are been told it is not ... just saying!I can imagine something like this as more close to the reality
But honestly speaking I would not mind to have a flat earth... would be better if I think about it, more convenient hahaha
