NEO has become the worst thing after the chinese already stated about to strict the ico, that means the chinese investors can't participate in the chinese project crowdsale. The redpulse just try to find another way to grab the money from the western investor after the PBOC try to regulate its ico.  It was the worst thing for me. The developers must realize if they are not incompetence to run the project.
