In regards to profitability for the MN, we funded masternodes.pro and they should have us up soon, recently they did a server/db upgrade and had to put listing us on hold.
Payments are 37.5% of all PoW blocks and theres about 1440-2000 blocks depending on how many stake blocks are added.
37.5% of the PoW blocks distributed amongst the Mastertoad network depending on how many nodes you run out of that network. I hear averages of 55 MEME to 110 MEME a day but profitability is only limited to how many nodes running; more nodes = decreased frequency of payments, so getting in early is probably your best bet.
