As long as I could trade and withdrawal, even minimal amounts in crypto only, I'd be fine with that! (Using VPN of course). We just need to know what exactly unverified accounts will be able to do.

To be honest, they only talked about trading for unverified users. No mention to withdraws.
But there is no point in cracking our heads, some hours and with hope we will know Smiley

I am happy to give out may name, address, phone for verification. What I am unhappy about is giving out details that could be used in a fraud, eg. a photo of your license with signature on it etc. same as I would be unhappy about giving someone my finger prints or DNA. At some point the information you give out is enough for someone to pretend they are you and commit fraud.

erk is quite simple...
give your ID, then go to your local police and denounce that your ID as been stolen in a digital leak with a compromised database.
They will mark your current ID as stolen (therefore you will be ok regarding frauds) and they will issue a new ID with a different number.
Nonetheless, bitstamp also allows watermarking ID photos.
They could be useful with BTC-e too.
