I can tell you it is not. The price down because those cheaters are banned, and they dumped their coins. This is not a bad thing for the community. Cheaters are out, and permanently. Enjoy a more healthy community, where people contribute and prosper
I agree the 'blacklist' people dumped their coin(s), but there is no reason to call everyone (who was blacklisted) cheaters.
New rules that didn't apply before doesn't make you a cheater...
