Can someone explain to me how the hard fork for Monero is going to affect the price? Would this be in a positive effect?

Along with that when is the rough estimate that Monero will be given a new GUI wallet etc.

There were 3 major developments coming up right what was the 3rd one? Ledger for Monero?
