I wonder what percentage of users will withdraw today and forfeit the 45 percent?
why is that important to you? 
How many US users are going to stay and keep their 45%? I had 22 btc and don't want to lose those other 10. How many would go the length of having a friend/relative doing the verification process who lives outside the US if they totally ban all withdraws. I really hope they have a small withdraw option for non verified users I.e. Americans. I just won't stand to see 10 btc get flushed down the toilet

I would kiss your feet if you could do that but how would one go about doing that and how could I trust you don't run away with my btc? I would be prepared to pay an excellent fee for a service like this given it is trustworthy
