I just sent 45,000 C-Notes to exchange and it won't confirm . Sending 40,000 will..any help on this plz?

This is an issue with QT wallet that we inherited from Quark.... we hope to fix it in next release...
if you get a transaction hung up (like sending over 40k) - reindex your wallet and let it synch up...
Then close QT and open cnoted (this is the real wallet you manage from a command window - QT is a layer on top of the real wallet)
You can send up to 100k with headless wallet with no issues.
