I'm waiting for an answer to this as well. Since it appears verification will be required to some extent, the question is will verification be required for ALL withdrawals or just for fiat? It's pretty ridiculous to have to verify just to withdraw coin, especially some random alt like NMC (what I was in). Taking a 45% loss today just to find out later I didn't have to is going to suck. It also begs the question of what actually is going to happen with US residents? Are those who identify themselves as in the US going to have their funds confiscated, and by whom?

I almost wonder if the lack of clarity is deliberate just to spook people into unnecessarily handing over 45% of their coin.
