Livecoin: I have 17 withdrawals stuck "in execution", some for MORE THAN ONE WEEK. I have raised a support ticket, but several days ago support responded telling me that "the transactions must be canceled manually, so it will take some time". But nothing has changed, and I have not been given an update. I have been patient, but now it's been much too long. It's thousands of dollars that are stuck, and I've now lost significant amounts of money because I can't access these funds. I don't know what else to do other than post here.
How to I speed up this process? Do I PM you here? Can I cancel or send the withdrawals myself somehow? I need to have this dealt with.
I would like to use your exchange regularly, but this sort of thing makes it difficult. Even just having support sending updates to users with a timeline, "we will deal with the issue by Monday" or whatever, would help. If you communicated with your users more, they would stop accusing you of being a scam, like the post before this one.
