The education issue I brought up in the past was directed to Populous' team.
In every participation/contribution, everything needs to be weighted.
Having less education is not a plus, and needs to be properly addressed.
Will this break the project?
Absolutely not.
But I observed a person's level of education determines his level of professionalism.
Will lack of professionalism break the project?
Absolutely not.
But it will hamper exposure to certain segment/group of customers/clients.
Having said that, many successful businesses didn't have high education to start with.
And that's why they need to do more to prove themselves.
And participants/contributors need to continue monitoring their progress/development, and be critical in what they do.
