In every participation/contribution, everything needs to be weighted.
Having less education is not a plus, and needs to be properly addressed.
Will this break the project?
Absolutely not.
But I observed a person's level of education determines his level of professionalism.

But it will hamper exposure to certain segment/group of customers/clients.
Having said that, many successful businesses didn't have high education to start with.
