1) If I use your bot, should I pay some money to you?
2) If it is permitted by some big exchanges,such as bittrex?

you need to buy your license, then you will have your personal copy and your personal copy will have a direct http connection with the exchanges you wants to add.
Exchanges likes bot because they make them tons of fees.
I've directly worked (i men works with internal team/owner) with some exchanges like Poloniex, Cex.io. C-cex, yobit, hitbtc, the rock trading (and some more....)
They create API system with the intentions of bot interactions
