Bitcoin, being a very new experimental global payment protocol ( which threatens existing powerful entities ), is a high risk investment.
Only invest what you can afford to lose.

Also there have been, and continue to be, many scams in the wild wild west Bitcoin world. 
Don't expect that just because someone, or some company, has been posting on this forum for a long time that what they offer is not a scam in some way.

Do your research; read all you can about these things you are interested in putting your money into. Read the experiences others have had. Consult your
own built-in bullshit detector. Don't let yourself be swayed by greed or other human weaknesses...

I don't trust either of those particular things you mention.  But I won't tell you what to do.  You, hopefully, are an adult and can make up your own mind.
If you aren't then please ask your parents or guardian for help.
