Hello the community.

I can't access to my RISE in my online account created during the ICO...
The Passphrase do nothing in the web wallet (message "wallet not found") and the RISE address is not recognized by the RISE explorer...

Last time I verified, all was working well.
What's going on ?

Too late now.

Timeline of the Rise Network Swap

    Starts Wednesday June 21, 2017 - 5pm PDT (0:00 UTC)
    Ends Wednesday July 19, 2017 - 5pm PDT (0:00 UTC)

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to send your RISE tokens to Bittrex before the end of the above mentioned timeline, namely July 19, to prevent loss of your tokens. On July 19th the old Rise network will be shut down and any tokens remaining on the old blockchain will no longer be accessible.
During the above mentioned timeline the market will not close, so you can continue to freely trade Rise on the Bittrex Exchange.
End of Rise ICO withdrawal Period

For those who participated in the Rise ICO of May-June 2016, but who still have not withdrawn their tokens from their ICO profile account will have time until July 15, 2017 – 5pm PDT (0:00 UTC) to open a support ticket at https://support.rise.vision and request an ICO withdrawal. Attention: Requests that are made after the above mentioned deadline will not be processed.
Thank you for reply.
I'had not seen that before.
Where it is writting ?

I had a lot of RISE : it is not possible that there nothing to do.
You're not alone. I have the same problem. Have invested in this coin is a large amount and now they say "Too late now.".... It's not fair

A lot of people are just now finding out about the swap. The RISE forum and Slack is filling up with these reports. I have the same issue and been going back and forth with them for a couple of days now (which is nothing, because I've spoken to people that have been at it for weeks to a month).

Someone on the forum said the RISE dev team had to develop a verification system and that they're now finally going through the support tickets to get this issue fixed and the people taken care of. So the best thing you can do is submit a ticket at http://support.rise.vision and leave your info. You don't get any confirmation of receipt or anything, but the Director of Communications says you should be fine if you sent it in.

Good luck!
Yes, I sent the ticket to http://support.rise.vision, on November 24, but so far no one answered me. Today wrote McVenture, I hope we will help. I think that a solution can be found that would help people who believed in the project and helped him invest their money in the ICO.
