I think it's wrong that someone can create more than one accounts here in the forum to make money with signatures campaign or to defame other people.
OP has his right to open a Scam Accusations if he finds something is scam. but Op can not post this here.
And you have your right to create a thread in the reputation section to complain about OP conduct if you find that OP is defaming some project
