I received 320 LOQ for 1 ETH, same ratio as you, but massively short of advertised "1 ETH = 4500 LOQ + Bonuses"
Any insider here that can explain that?

This is bad explanation to luxulus. Ok, he will get the 75% bonus when ICO ends. This is also stated on the website:

Other ICOs who offer bonuses usually pay the whole amount plus bonus instantly on the same day that you send ETH.
