I installed phyton 2.7.13, GCC 4.3.3, WMI-1.4.9.win32, pywin32-218.win32-py2.7, zope and twisted. And i have the latest bitcoin core version updated. I made the txt saved .conf in the bitcoin core folder.

Can someone help me?
