REAL and Propy look to be leaders in the space right now.
REAL seems taking the lead in the real estate crypto market. That's right. But the interesting thing is that why the hell should I be interested in real estate by using my crypto. That sector is not even profitable.
It depends what real estate is used for in the project.
I don't know every aspect of profitability of real estates, but I at least see that renting is profitable and it can also serve as backing of crypto.

But the primary target is to deliver smart contracts and direct payments to the rental market. This is the way to apply blockchain relevantly, save much money for market participants, and attract traffic to REALT marketplace.
