Regarding the fees,  at the moment Safex coin is run on the bitcoin block chain. It's the same fees you pay for transfering bitcoin so chill out. Secondly, this will change once the Chille Blockchain is finished. In the meantime there's no reason to transfer a ton of coins back and forth between your wallet and the exchange. Personally I'm using this time to hit the 3 mill mark. Good luck
