I'm not sure by that statement if it did boot with just the integrated graphics or if it has not booted with either integrated or dedicated graphics? In either case, try to clear the CMOS (you can remove the battery for 30 seconds if that's easiest) and double check all your cables as well.
My apologies if it was not clear. It didn't boot with either the on board graphics or dedicated gpu's.
I have double check my cables about six times, I'm making myself crazy!
I also tried your tip with the CMOS, However, the problem still persists.
