I had a board go out on a S9 a few months ago and went thru bitmainwarranty.. And the whole process was smooth...I submitted a request for repair...They sent back a repair ticket number and address and instructions on where to ship board. They are located in Denver Colorado...USA.. I shipped board...within 2 days after they received it they said it could be repaired....They sent an invoice which is paid thru Amazon...and I had my board back a few days after that. The whole process from start to finish was about 12 days.
