The unsold tokens will be locked for a period of at least one year. Meanwhile, you will be able to trade freely. Since the market is going to be way bigger in a year, we could think of doing another ICO to get additional funding to grow Gimli, for example.
Of course, the share of tokens belonging to the founders is also locked up for a year.
This idea would work only if the tokens are sold for more (at least double) than what they are sold now or there is no incentive to buy now.
If the price is the same a smart investor would buy them in 1 year.
