Cindicator is going to be HUGE. It excludes US and Singapore I believe. You have to fill out an application to get on their whitelist, which is done in tiers with individual caps. Imo, this is a great way to run the ICO more long term stakeholders get a bigger piece and speculative traders may or may not be limited. It can be a huge breakout once it hits the market.

I'm surprise about their devs and advisor line ups since those guys are big names on some industry and their community is freakin huge so I'm sure that this one could bring huge success to the cindicator itself. And there main ICO is nearly coming and I would love to participate that and spend some money on my pocket.
