does xtrabytes have working innovative technology yet?
like does it have anything new and original now and not just in development?
The short and simple answer to your question is that Xtrabytes is going to be all new and innovative technology and not just a clone of bitcoin. Therefore what they currently have on testnet is new innovative technology. Whether it's working or not, I don't know. I'm not in the testnet at this point.
