Easiest way is to buy them, but you are broke, so I suggest finding a second job or a first one. 
i cant since most places wont hire until im 18 im 16 and 1/2 right now
In that case, try finding work around the neighborhood. Get a paper route, clean rain gutters, mow lawns.
Course, that is what I did back in the day, now you can probably find work online.
