Lutzow cant do anything. You should contact cryptopia because you used their receiving address.
Most likely your psb are gone maybe if you are lucky that cryptopia even control the address that you sent it.
I am simply shocked that you dont know this basic knowledge in crypto
Why in the world are you sending psb to a TOA address? that is invalid those are two different coins.
