There is refund already on the accounts but i think it is totally unfair,  i bought to the ico when QTUM was around 18 and now i got back when qtum is 11$.
They dont give the chance to keep the tokens like binance do and i think they have unclear intention behind.

 I expect that the team from allcoin if they are correct to give the choice to keep the tron tokens and restore their reputation
