So what it seems like, people are having problems with getting promised coins by referal links? I just thought about that it might be interesting, and then saw a lot of comments about that somethings wrong. thats not positive 
I do not know, I do not have any problems with the referral system, everything seems to be counted and the people go.
The problem can be as already answered by the official representatives in the fact that your referrals are spam-referenced, i.e. you use unethical marketing or attract the audience as something bad.
