I think this is how big players make profit, wait for the price to go down and when everybody is selling, they buy everything. Buy low sell high, or not sell just accumulate. They buy the panic and fear of weak hands. Happy trading! 
Yes, Most people do choose to do this, they buy bitcoin when it is cheap and sell it when the price is expensive, this is more profitable. but sometimes trading has a big risk too. because we all know the bitcoin price continues to fluctuate and I can get the price down. when it happens it is not the profit they will get but the losses are quite large, moreover they have used the much money for buy the bitcoin.
