In my opinion is a fraud and not pay, a large number of suspected ICOS friend
I wouldn't bother with icos at this point in time with all of the large negativity surrounding them. Plus, a lot of the coins to have hit the market come in lower then the ico price, so whats the point when you can just pick them up cheaper on the market anyways?
