With so many uncertainties in the space now, it is better to stay away from ICOs now, when there is a clear regulation on what the Government is looking to regulate. If they go after them and refund happens I can see prices of these tokens crashing significantly and Ethereum prices will be the most affected because most of the ICO Ethers are going to enter the market
You may stop to advertise cossswap token because that was related to the security token, 
that was the best choice for you now. It seems like pretty odd because the crowdsale not yet opened and why the aventus token already listed on the etheredelta? it doesn't make sense for me.
Because today there is the whitelist which was made so all the people really interested to Aventus could subscribe and be sure to have they're own part. For the crowdsale there will be only 30% of it, without a max cap so whales will buy it in a matter of seconds. MY opinion, and that's why I bought it at a good price on EtherDelta today.
