I heard this from one of the support team of Paxful when I
got scammed.
They traced the IP and transaction. Turns out it was a big time scammer.
They froze the other accounts and awarded me the btc.
Not sure with the specifics but that's how they said it when I asked for details.

That scammer must have been really stupid. He should have withdrawn the Bitcoin a long time before instead of leaving it in his Paxful account.
