Yeah, CHina will use all coins. I mean chinese not the government. How strong is the rules in china will not effect all ICos in the world. ICOs will be coming in 2018-2019. After that I am not sure. It is prospective or not or more countries will regulate ICOs. I think over time they will accept all the coins!
