As soon as Atcsecure says a specific time for the swap it will be announced here in this thread. For now the swap is scheduled for the end of September.

The new chain will go active and the old one will still be active so that you can get your keys to adresses from the old chain to import in the new.

The new chain will be a copy of the old so you still have the same adress. If you have coins on Nova during the swap they will take care of it for you.
