I can suggest you to use Liqui or EtherDelta.
These are both great exchanges, I never had problems. And they have fast websites.

etherdelta is a horrible exchange to use, it is lagging a lot, you need to have ethereum in your account, it takes some time to refresh the orders.
i would use it if there would be no other exchange to sell a particular coin
. maybe that site quite lag, but i never face problem about deposit and withdrawal in there
