There is information, that Binance is under investigation by chinese gov. #14 in the list: https://www.ethnews.com/chinese-government-reveals-list-of-60-icos-under-investigation

Not really under investigation but under a review for listing ICOs. I doubt anything will come of this.

It might be fake - company names, locations and contacts in the list are all wrong
