Sorry, but there was no pre-sale. There was another phishing channel on Telegram with the same name and logo where the scammers were impersonating the real team members. I was almost scammed myself, but sensed something phishy soon enough; then I found the real channel.

Did they give you the address in a personal message?

It was regular "news" on channel, among other stuff and then there was post from "Viberate" about pre-ico, which had this contact person listed (Matic Magister) with link @maticmag which I contacted, we talked in Slovenian so I got extra confidence, anyway I was fool, new to this "telegram messenger", didn't realize it's full of fake accounts that looks exactly the same.

And be careful dealing with Matic Magister (real or fake) Sad

It will be hard for me after losing 17.2 ETH, but maybe my 2 BTC worth portfolio can pull me out :S

Now I have to HODL what I have left, like it or not. WTB some luck!

I am the one and only Matic Magister and you have never spoken with me about any pre-sale. I have posted numerous times about the fake telegram channel that was impersonating our staff members even here on Bitcointalk with screens. You mention you spoke to this guy in Slovenian. Please be so kind and paste some screenshots of that conversation. I am sorry you got scammed, but please don't blame me for your actions. Anyone who's willing to part with his ETH (17.2 eth is a lot of cash) should really do his own due diligence.

don't get me wrong, not blaming anyone. Sorry.

It's not your fault, me being reckless and not being thorough. I've been waiting for weeks for this ICO and for some reason after being unable to buy any (declined transactions) I was desperate enough to forget all common sense and somehow fallen in to this death pit and got scammed.
