it will pick up sooner rather than later
bitvest added support for ETH not that long ago and there are sites that have been supporting ETH betting for quite some time
people are conservative,bit IMHO bitvest is very much worth  trying out
for both- new players and veteran gamblers alike
what I would like to see is DOGE support,one of the fastest deposit confirmations,low transactions fees,fun cryptocurrency in general
should be a good addition to BTC,LTC and ETH bitvest is supporting currently
