I currently pay approx $.12 kw/h  and when I plug in my zipcode to this website http://www.newyorkpowertochoose.com/ I get a wide variety of offers, with 24 month fixed rate as low as $.05 kw/h.  Seems too good to be true, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this.
