YES billionaires still invest in BTC and they know that it exist, one of them is Bill Gates one of the most influential Billionaire now, he said that Bitcoin is the future and better than currency.
Billionaires will keep updated on ways how to expand their wealth. I think they already knew how btc use and how it can access fully for their advantage.
they are just silently playing with this currency as we knew that influence between nations are control by money, for sure they already knew
