It doesn't. Musiconomi just had their ICO where as Musicoin never had an ICO or premine and is up and running as we speak. The only shared history they have is that some members of Musiconomi, were original members of the Musicoin team but that's pretty much it.

Apart from that they don't have any relation at all and they are two different, distinct projects and coins.
