I am just getting started in Cryptocurrency and was thinking of investing $1000 in Bitquence using bitcoins. Should I wait for another dip or is this a good time to buy it?

As you told that you are a newbie then do some research on top currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, dash etc then look into this type of projects.
Bitquence is a solid project!
If you are buying for a long term then you can buy right now or else wait for a smaller dip atleast to 90 cents because it has raised 25% since yesterday.

maybe buy now in my opinion is good but better if wait price is slightly lower so that later results can be obtained maximally but when looking at statistics now it seems will experience continuous rise

Remember that ico price was 5500 BQX per 1 ETH. And the current price is an obvious hyped one. I wouldn't buy now if I were you. This doesn't mean I dislike the project. Actually I love it if they can do this all in one online liquidity wallet.

thanks sir for the guidance I became more understanding again about how to overcome the difficulty determining when to buy or sell bitcoin, of course this will make me much more careful in making decisions and later so I can improve myself
