Re: How to deal with stress?

Stress has a tendency to eat you up and affect your daily life, if you let it. All of us has different ways to deal with stress, but for me I have a couple ways to deal with it:

a) Sleep it off.
b) Eat. (stress eating, maybe, but food really does make me happier)
c) Pamper yourself. (manicure, pedicure, massage or spa)
d) Window Shopping/Shopping (if there's available funds)
e) PRAY. (Pray that it will go away)

But stress really occur in our daily lives and it's up to us on how we will face it.
Just take a moment and breathe so you can think clearly.
