nope bounties won't be distributed until milestones are reached, when the first milestone is reached 20% bounty will be released, there are like 5 milestones before one gets full bounty.

i'm still not sure about this, funding has been reached but have they actually achieved the stated thing on each milestone? or have i missed an announcement or something?  maybe monetha team clarify this?
