We parted ways recently over a disagreement in how to handle KYC information.
Customer funds that are in the escrow wallet we had set up were refunded through shared mutual agreement to their respective investors.
I have no opinion on their ICO or company. I wish them well.

Seems like it was a disagreement on KYC info collection and they've agreed to part ways.
I find it weird that in this reply he said "i wish them well" and in others he says "recommend to avoid", some is not quite right here
