To ensure a fair launch, the main-net ready client will only be available to EAP buyers until all NetworkNodes are sold OR block 1000 is reached. Once either of those happens, the main-net client will be released publicly.

as i know that early access program is same for the ico
since we need to pay/purchase a token/coins to get that it just like an ico

Its not a traditional ICO in that we're not trying to sell the entire coin and then move it to PoS. We're just trying to fund a listing on an exchange and node hosting and domain costs while the network gets up and running. We're not looking for much, just a bit to get us going and have offered these nodes to cover those expenses. The first 1000 blocks are 0.01 ITZ reward, so people who want to get a node early can set them up. Once we hit block 1000 OR all 50 nodes are gone, mining will commence with normal block rewards.
