Every pool ends up with people flaming about low payouts; hashrates are direct influence to payments but pools are not paying you for hashrates. If you have a genuine issue then kindly report it and wait for him to respond.
on the other hand, mining pool hub has HUGE issues with vardiff, (or had have not used it for over a month now) it negatively effects income, i had a detailed post about this some pages ago and there is no fix.
