Yes you can gamble using bitcoins with bet365 (at least you could in the past) however its a little different because you need to be verified there to be able to deposit using bitcoins.
I think it has something to do with the fact that you need either a Netteller or a Paypal account to do so.
If one needs to verify account to gamble using bitcoins then I don't like that concept. People use bitcoins to hide their identity to gamble if they need to verify then better use fiat currency and no need to use Bitcoins. Anyway, so far I didn't play on that site but it is not good to gamble on site where we need to verify our identity. One can choose many other trusted gambling sites where you no need to verify your account.
