Just go to your card details where you have to enter your pin. When it shows up, you click on the details button next to your card. Afterwards, you will get a pop-up that looks like the following image:



The access token will then be shown to the right. I have cropped it out of this screenshot for obvious reasons.

That can't be the reason why. I have always been using the virtual card, not a physical one, and I have been able to do that ever since UQUID announced that they were going to have to look for a new contract with the same or a different card issuer. If you are talking about the button then there is definitely something wrong, as I have always had that button ever since I bought my first debit card with UQUID. I feel like the real problem is that you are not quite able to find the right place to check your card details. It would be a very bizarre glitch for this to not show up for you.
